35W Northbound/Southbound:
Take County Road D Exit.
At light, turn West on County Road D,
    which becomes 37th Avenue.
Stay on 37th Avenue to Johnson Street NE.
Right turn onto Johnson Street to 40th.
Left turn at 40th and go one block to Polk Street.
Church will be on your right.

I-694 Eastbound/Westbound:
Take Highway 65 (Central Avenue) Exit.
At light, turn South on Central Avenue.
Take Central Avenue to Constitution/40th Avenue.
Left turn onto Constitution/40th Avenue to Tyler Street.
Church will be on your left.
